Mood Test. This really works!
I have a very good mood indicator. If people see me and suddenly cross the road or call for an uber then I'm in a bad mood.
Since my mood is affected negatively by politics, twitter, the economy, electric prices, politicians and twitter again (I really hate nearly everyone on twitter) this has been well tested recently.
