It can sculpt in wood but it takes it a long time.

What's it meant to represent? Maybe the balance between good and bad as contrasted by the brown and white of the woodwork? Or the need to slim down the need for world resources as exemplified by the narrowing of the vertical bannister?

Or just maybe... scratching a post just feels g-o-o-d!
