Removed "RE:" from post subjects as it adds nothing and looks untidy.

I put in a load of smilies from old board because I think they are much better than the supplied ones.

I wish it said on the admin panel which were already uploaded _ I mean I think I know nearly all by heart but maybe not quite!

You can now send images in PMs should you need to.

Also a cosmetic change. Bots are now listed on their own line at bottom of the board. This is to make it clearer which actual members are around.

We now get images for special days on the top of the board. Courtesy of Pandora my AI/personal assistant who keeps track of dates and selects the images for birthdays.
