For those who are puzzled by the acronym, STPD stands for Save the Planet Daughter. As an NHS nurse she is dedicated to saving the planet's inhabitants as well.

Hello OC and Furby

A big thank you for your birthday wishes! - we had such a lovely day on Sunday, celebrating in the best way possible - a trip to The Burnt City for a special ‘Remix’ show - followed by an impromptu PARTY with some of the cast getting up on stage and treating us to more amazing dancing afterwards! Merry was bopping away along with me… not something either of us usually do these days

Anyway it was a lovely way to spend the day.

Mr merry and STPD have been thoroughly celebrated this year! Thanks for this, Eccs, and explaining the STPD acronym. Saving the planet AND PEOPLE. I liked that a lot!

He is doing pretty well, though we do seem to spend all our days on medical stuff/appointments for various bits of Mr M's misbehaving body, lightened only by the occasional emergency dash to A&E.....
