If so, you have until Monday 31st July in which to use them for postage. Thereafter, you will need to use only barcoded ones or face a surcharge of £1.16. You will still be able to send them to the Royal Mail and get them exchanged.

I sent mine off earlier this year in an official enelope supplied by a main post office and delivery centre and havent received any new stamps back. I decided against recorded delivery because its about five pounds but turns out my wrong choice as I can't prove I sent anything and have lost the stamp money.
So you can send them back but they might not get exchanged.

Post offices used to be able to give you proof of posting without charge but I don't know if they still do that. You'd have to take your letter/parcel to a post office.
I would still complain anyway.

Thanks for the reminder, Eccles
STPD, who is very organised, sent off all of ours a few months ago. I'm not sure if she got anything back! I'll have to ask her.
Poor Furby, honestly, what a shambles.
