I have been to Bibury, yes!
It is a very pretty, very Cotswold village. Two things I remember about it - a little line of cottages winding up beside a village green, called Arlington Row, they are of some historical significance; and secondly, it has (or had!) a Trout Farm, where you buy a bag of feed and throw it to fish (essentially paying the farm owners to feed their own fish

They sell fresh trout, smoked trout, etc in the shop alongside. I wasn't that keen on it really. The ponds seemed to be overstocked and the fish had not much room to swim around; still, that's farming for you I guess.
If I were visiting the Cotswolds, I would recommend Broadway, Winchcombe, Stanton and Stanway,. Snowshill and possibly Chipping Campden, as really showcasing the beauties of the area.
Those croutons in with roasted vegetables - sounds delicious!
When does OC get back, does anyone know?
