9 John Luther; Scottish cyclist; moneysaver; designer Zandra; boxer Félix? Chris Hoy and Zandra Rhodes have surnames that are islands, so I guess the others have island surnames as well.

12 Huronian; Cryogenian; Andean-Saharan; Karoo; Quaternary (ongoing)? Ice Ages.

13 Astro; Marmaduke; Hamlet; Scooby-Doo? The last 2 are Danes - Great Danes perhaps?

Marmaduke is a Great Dane, I remember. I think Astro is the dog from The Jetsons?

In honour of last week's quiz, herewith a Herrerasaurus fossil. (Went on a school trip today to see some Patagonian Dinosaur fossils.)

Wonderful find! I love fossils! I'd love to go to New Mexico where they have found a huge graveyard of dinosaurs who all died at the same time.... which they think was when the asteroid hit Mexico
