You should know who they all are, apart from the gentleman next to Benazir Bhutto. - he's Patric Dickinson the former Rouge Dragon Pursuivant of Arms in Ordinary at the College of Arms, but he had some promotions and ended up as Clarenceux King of Arms. He was also Secretary of the Order of the Garter.

I am none the wiser about what the pink coat man actually does even given his details but someone with that in their CV has to have been to Oxford haven't they.
