Lost, strayed or stolen? This writer appears to have mislaid a comma. According to her, the serial killer recently stalking citizens of Leesburg was apprehended as follows:
"U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers apprehended the suspect along with the FBI and Atlanta Police Department."
Oh dear, the entire FBI and Atlanta Police? One hopes they are not all to be incarcerated in the Leesburg jail. The town budget is already in the red. 
Someone should send them a copy of Eats Shoots and Leaves, perhaps.
