So.. .apparently Click Negg took the honours last time.
The knives will be out for him tonight then.I have unplugged my television as I can't bear to watch television today
Please let me know what happens in the debate, these things are so tedious I am sure your summary will be much more entertaining to me.This my summary wot I has culled from other summaries.
Nick Clegg was attacked but held his position and did not fold up. Gordon Brown told him to get real about Trident, but Mr Clegg managed to tell him that to leave Trident out of the Defence Review was just stupid.
Result was a draw between Clegg and Cameron, with Brown further behind. No knockout blow.
Apparently, the Chancellors' debate was much more interesting, with Uncle Vince showing a tendency to flake when under pressure. Most polls showed a Clegg/Brown win with Cameron way behind (he was a bit useless last night), apart from the usual suspects who have Cameron way out ahead. But even some of those papers had to give their polls a bit of a nudge...
Xoco, that's amazing - blatant! I'm actually quite shocked. naughty Mail @ "bit of a nudge..."
I think we should all vote Lib Dem. I don't like any of the others and anyway it would be worth it to see their faces if they were suddenly in charge.
"oh no! now what do we do!!" That's easy.
You just blame the previous government for leaving such a ghastly mess for the first ten years.
After that it gets a bit more tricky.Funny you should say that. I happened to see a Tory MP being asked about the state of his own constituency and he said "Well all those years it was under the previous labour government"

Yes, Labour have still tried it though, going back to the Thatcher years. They conveniently forget the Major years since he and Ken Clarke actually handled the economy quite well.I have noticed that they do still wheel Ken Clarke out now and then to speak on TV so they mustn't have anyone else properly trained up in the shadow cabinet yet.
Perhaps now we have devolved Scotland and Wales we can partition England. Lib Dems can have the West , Conservatives can have the South and Labour can have the North, that is what the map usually looks like when they have finished colouting in the blue/red/yellow crayons anyway.Next Page...
