We is back home. Mrs Nunn said we had been very good, it a pleasure to have us. At £14 a day for both of us I should think it IS a pleasure to have us.
Creature points out that it cost a lot more than that each day for him and Our Gran at Maes-y-Neuadd - very comfy rooms (you could have had a party for half a dozen SUBLs in Our Gran's room) nice Beds to sleep in, and Splendid Food.
Have you ever had cauliflower mousse? Nor had Creature until Monday night at dinner. He says it absolutely splendid. On different nights he had for his Main Course duck, venison, steak, and he can't remember wot else but Our Gran has writ it down.
So now I is sitting very near to Creature and thinking to him Please stop typing because I want my Favourite Cushion.
And he obeys.

It sounds lovely - I remember looking at the hotel in Chat one Friday night and we were all tempted to book a week of such fabulous food and scenery
Gran was not too busy writing down the meals to send a postcard to her friend Merry
Glad you are safely home. I presume no Turns while at Mrs Nunn's?
Do postcards still exist these days.
The food sounds very posh. I havent heard of cauliflower mousse but I have had mashed cauliflower.
The food was Posh, according to Creature. The quantities were not huge, but Creature not still hungry by the end of the meal.
Hweh hweh, a little birdie that the chaircat couldn't catch told me that creature had fish and chips when he got back.
