Crocodile Rock and Batman were easy. The first one sounds like "Bill Grogan's Goat" to me, but the melody is slightly different from the version I recall.

I see it was number one on the Top Ten Most Annoying Songs Evah. I do have a somewhat iffy grasp of Peculiar UK Music. For example, I own a 45 vinyl disc of St Cecilia's "Leap Up and Down and Wave Your Knickers in the Air". [wonders if that is worth something on EBay?]
