I like mine well done, but then I'd probably go for pork or lamb anyway. I like a steak now and then though.
I have it incinerated but do not eat out these days. I could not eat pink meat. People say it is a waste of good steak but I am eating it not them, so incinerated it is.
As it makes a mess of the grill, I put it in a sandwich cake tin lined with tinfoil and put that on the grill bars and chuck the mess out afterwards.
