There is a new campaign to help people 45-65 to not be green and wear a tyre.
Tips are
Buy Smaller Plates
Put Crisps in a Bowl
Listen to the Radio instead of watching TV
Don't buy White toastie loaves
Drink Spritzers
Hmmm I am grateful for their advice, of course though somewhat puzzled. Why 'listen to the radio' - is the Archers and Classic FM much more soothing to our oldie blood pressure than Corrie and watching Jack and Kate be very angry, very smug and telling no-one?
The idea is that you listen to music radio and dance to the music rather than sit on the sofa watching TV.
I suspect that The Archers would not be any healthier than Corrie.
The should be recommending they buy a Wii. You get one of those platforms you stand on so you have to move around to make it play.
