Carbon and Cobalt for me as well. Creature has a vague memory of Holmium being a 'rare earth' mineral, he thinks he saw it mentioned in an article about how China produces over 90% of them, they are needed for modern industrial technology, and SUBLs in a position to care about these things do fear that the Chinese will restrict exports of these minerals and thus hobble everybody else's hi-tech industries.
