In your case Furby I do think you are better off without the added problems of the estate and the extra worries that would bring. I think Helio is correct though and that it's not just dependent children.
I can only hope that things settle down in a bit for you. They will always be different now of course, but it ^will^ get easier.

My mummy no longer believed all this religious hogwash although we used to be catholics. She promised me that when she died if it was all true after all she would let me know. And she hasn't so there isn't.
The catholics would say of course that mummy is in purgatory and can't get out yet but I know her life was hell for 40 years and worse than hell for the last 10 so she wouldn't have had to wait around long.
I forgot to ask my Mumsy for a Sign. 
My Nan always did say she would come back and stand over me shaking a ghostly warning fist if I was ironing wrong though. The thing is I don't do any ironing so that may have stumped her and she may have just decided to let it pass and carry on strumming her harp.

This is the sort of cake I won't be able to make myself anymore as I am not a clever enough cake maker. Mummy even made the marzipan herslef none of this buy it in a block from the shop stuff.
The one on the right is my cake and I always have those little carol singing people on it every year.

Funny, my Mum made amazing ones too (well when we were little, anyway), and I can only make a couple of dead simple kinds I wish we'd taken pictures like you did!

I have taken the maximum holidays and if I do go back to work I will have to work for a year without a break now.

The cakes are beautiful. I'm sure we used to have the little house (in front of the left cake) when I was small.
