My water bill has gone DOWN.
Only by a few pence, but still it is better than going up isn't it.

Ah. But maybe that is because of some unnoticed factor (pessimist hat on) like, the slugs have multiplied and are stopping up one of the leaks you didn't know you had.
It is unheard of , my bills have never gone down.
There is a little message at the bottom telling me smugly the charges are less this year and a website to read all about it, but it is a page not found.
@ "page not found" that seems quite appropriate somehow. They are clearly not set up for this price drop business.
