I am sure it fulfils a useful medical purpose and all that but it is exhausting.

Anti-histamines help I find (Tesco have them for about 97p) but they make me very sleepy. Especially the non-drowsy kind 
On the other hand I am a generally sleepy sort of person so it's hard to tell the difference.
Have you noticed that men sneeze differently? Louder. Mr Merry shouts when he sneezes - like this - 'ATISHHHROARRRRR!' but all that escapes me is a genteel little Tish! sort of sound - no voicebox involved at all.

A sneeze is a natural reaction to irritants to clear the airways. If you make a noise then it clears the larynx as well. So be sure to let 'er rip, Furbs!
