And they have the cheek to use non-geographic numbers which aren't covered by telephone usage deals. It's always worth checking out: http://www.saynoto0870.com/Aha the Britiish Telecom have just introduced including such numbers in the BT together included calls from the last bill.
This is another whinge as because they are now including nearly all the calls I make in my allowance, I had made less than 6 chargeable calls and so they charged me threw quid for 1571
I never even realised 1571 had a charge, and I think I will cancel it as it is a service for people who ring me rather than me.I have had my second email in reply to my second question.

And I emailed them as I didn't want to ring them, they are very pesky.
