On the left is what I meant by 'Artificial Flowers' I meant it to be a little thing to brighten up a windowsill and I wasn't fussy on exactly which ones as long as they were cheerful.

On the right (3ft tall) is what I got.  :lol

I'd quite like to know from which planet the originals that inspired this display came. I wasn't aware that christmas decorations grew on trees nor have I ever encountered a 'wood shaving' shrub or a ball of string bush.

Have put them outside so that the neighbours can take them. Generally that works well as they will take anything not nailed down.

Someone even took the noticeboard from the lobby downstairs, but they may draw the line at this  :devil

It's been raining today. They might start to grow.
Those look like things wot are meant for Us Cats to play with when we are really really bored.

Unfortunately the SUBLs don't realise that they have to make these things MOVE and JIGGLE before we become even remotely interested in them.

Wergh.

Funny how some things can come down just the wrong side of the line between Interesting-Looking and Unbelievably Hideous, isn't it!  :D
It might be a valuable work of art, it is ridiculous enough.
Have they gone yet?

If not, I wonder if they could be used (perhaps upside down) as some kind of cleaning/dusting/prodding tool?

:thumbs

They have gone to a better place. Or at least a place out of my sight  :lol

I hadn't thought of 'work of art'. I could have made a fortune!

I like the idea of cleaning/dusting/prodding tool or cat toy.

Another suggestion was that someone might might want something to line the hamster cage.  :)

How did you acquire them?
He ordered them from Tesco.  Some might say that was naive.   :p

But anyway, someone, somewhere is even now sitting back and admiring them in their new home.

Hoping to outdo Pani's photograph, I tried to order some myself.  But searching for 'Flowers' on my Tesco site returned me precisely one result, from the 'Tinned Fish and Seafood' section, so I didn't proceed.
