Anyone else enjoy a bit of 'property porn'?  I love all those house-hunting programmes and love to lustily ogle beautiful houses on the net or in magazines.

Here's one I like  Glenbrook, Gulberwick

I love the newness of it, the living-room with those wonderful VIEWS the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms and the fact that it's in such a quiet location (yet it seems there's a Tesco only 4 miles away - I checked  :lol )

I know OC sometimes has a look around Iceland properties for sale, found any good ones lately OC?

Anyone else spotted their Dream House?

Here's one where all the HF gang could gather all at the same time

Mind you, Creature's syndicate would have to win the Lottery 15 weeks running before he had sufficient Funds to buy and maintain the place...............

It is the running costs that put me off moving to nicer places over the years, even back when the salary+overtime/house price ratios were such that I could have thought of it.

But 4 miles would be too far from the shops for me now. I get tired of walking after about 200 yards these days.

It looks so nice and clean and tidy with no one in the home yet though , they always do. I think it should be required to show a house full of stuff so you can see how it really would be when lived in.  :devil

"I think it should be required to show a house full of stuff"

LOL -- and any electronics ad should be required to show all the cables!

... the cables, the bird's nest of extra plugs, the hours spent on the phone to the helpline, the explosion of the fuses, the breakdown of relationships and the extra staff needed on the Samaritans switchboard.
Nice places and  :lol @ showing the bad side of things.

I keep wishing they'd invent a way around having cables. Even wireless things have to have a cable to the aerial or whatever.
