Dear All

I know a lot of people go off for Christmas before the day itself
and are snowed up in wooden huts or are not alllowed off the sofa for a week or are so exhausted at screaming kids they can't face t'internet.

So I am posting this early.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for 2010 and the new decade.

Dear Furby

Thank you for your Christmas wishes :hug  I am not going anywhere myself, except for 'mad'.  A family :xmas can be tough on the old nerves.

Hope everyone has seen Pani's card - click on the tree at the top of the board, then on the presents at the foot of our Hard-Facts tree.

(if anyone has any spare time over the holds, design or find a pic of a new bauble and post it and we can add it to the tree - it could do with some new ones!)

Hope your winter solstice fire was warm as toast. May your snow drifts glitter mysteriously in the moonlight, and your new daybreak be full of golden promise.

[After a long and grueling journey, Thingummie Minor is home safe, and so all's right with the world.]

Hugs and have a nice slice of jollity wherever you find it!

Best and warmest wishes to you all for Christmas and the New Year.  :wave

May all your Turkeys fit in your ovens, may all your Christmas lights stay on and may all your cares and worries from 2009 drift away (to make room for the fresh 2010 ones :devil )

Best wishes to the Boarders, for any and all festivities - and especially for a happy New Year: may you enjoy it in good health! :beer  :grouphug
Reciprocated, and may all of your politically correct winter seasons be of ethnically pleasing colouration.
Merry Christmas to you all and best wishes for a peaceful New Year!

2 more sleeps till Santa .............

I wonder if Santa still fills Chrissie's boys' stockings.... though it is probably other filled stockings they hope for nowadays!   ;)

Santa just visited Old Forge and filled Helen and Jay's - he probably followed the sparkly trail of Reindeer Food in the garden....

Nearly midnight.  Happy Christmas one and all!  :xmas  :snowing

Santa has indeed filled those boys' stockings - very full they are too! Andy out on the town but Jamie dutifully attending church with Mama tomorrow!
Have a magical day everyone!
