K is for Kites. To be flown on the common in summer breezes.
'L' is for 'lark'. Its song while soaring on a summer breeze is all too rare nowadays with intensive farming practices.
M is for Monarch butterflies and
M is for Milkweed

N is for Nectarines - ripe and juicy at this time of year
Odonata, or dragonflies and damselflies to the less scientific.
Potato salad
[The way I make it is a favorite round these-here parts, at covered dish suppers; and too cool that Merry won a jam-making prize... very impressive to have that little bit of extra oomph that makes a judge go "ooohhh"]
[still looking forward to eccles' dragonfly caps]
@Asy, check out travelers' tales.
