Nope - some idiot emailed the final word document (Sheesh! I would have thought they used a proper bit of publishing software, not that pile of horses d'ouvres) it to the wrong place... and consequently has got the sack.
This means that anyone who wants it, to laugh at, can get hold of it
Who am I to stop the spread of mirth and hilarity? 
Perhaps I should start a weekly recipe column here on HF with recipes taken from the aforesaid tome?
