I don't mean how do I make it , as in stirring it up in a big pan and pouring it in jars.
If I already have a jar of it , how do I eat it.
I tried putting it on a cheese sandwich like pickle but it seemed too sweet.

I love mango chutney!
It's usually suggested as a side dish for Indian food, particularly curries.
With plain cheese it's lovely, not too sweet IMO so maybe an acquired taste. Or as a dip for those bags of highly cheesy tortilla chips.
Bake a small camembert cheese in the oven in its box (or foil) or microwave it and have it with the MC and some plain Kettle Chips.
Daub it on a chicken breast thickly like a marinade before putting in the oven, or on a pork chop or rib.
I found some places with suggestions:
What can I do with Mango Chutney
Mango Chutney and - ?
Lots'o Mango Chutney
I chose the Baked Potato idea and that was quite nice.
I wouldn't know a camembert cheese if I fell over one so Merry is aiming her cooking ideas a bit too high for furbies there.
Thank you for the links and I will have a baked potato every month until the Mango Chutney runs out
